Art healing is a powerful tool that can be used to promote emotional well-being, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve overall health. Whether through visual arts, music, dance, or other forms of creative expression, art healing offers a unique and effective way to promote healing and wellness. This day will have different events throughout the day, you can pay for the whole day or individual events.
Snacks and lunch (served at around 1:45) will be available for those who choose to stay all day, tickets for the All-day event are $160
(including food) and we kindly ask that they be bought in advance to account for the amount of food needed.

10 am -11:15 am Reiki infused Kintsugi with Tina and Tania
($25 per person)
The Kintsugi ceremony is a symbolic representation of life’s journey, where brokenness is not seen as a failure, but as an opportunity for growth and transformation. The ceremony is a powerful tool for healing, self-reflection, and personal growth.
The participant receives a ceramic bowl and will be guided through a step-by-step process of breaking and repairing the bowl using a special gold lacquer. As the participant repairs the bowl, they are encouraged to reflect on their life journey, acknowledging the brokenness and imperfections that have shaped them. The participant’s brokenness is transformed into a beautiful, unique piece of art, symbolizing their growth and resilience. The ceremony includes mindfulness practices to help the participant integrate the lessons learned from the experience into their daily life.
The Kintsugi ceremony is a celebration of imperfection and wholeness, reminding us that our brokenness is an integral part of our journey. It encourages us to embrace our flaws and imperfections, rather than trying to hide or deny them. By doing so, we can find beauty in the brokenness and transform it into a symbol of strength and resilience.
11:30 am - 12:30 pm Voice Healing with Brunel
($20 per person)

The human body has a resonant frequency, and when we use our voice to produce specific tones or sounds, we can align our frequency with that of the body, promoting balance and harmony. This is achieved through techniques such as singing, chanting, and humming. Vocal toning involves producing sustained vocal sounds, such as vowels or simple tones, to create healing vibrations within the body. This practice has been used in ancient cultures and is now integrated into many spiritual practices worldwide. The voice can be a powerful diagnostic tool for mental, physical, and emotional health. By paying attention to the tone, pitch, and resonance of our voice, we can gain insight into our overall well-being and identify areas that require attention. By harnessing the energy of your voice, you can unlock a world of healing and self-expression.
12:45 pm 1:45 pm Journaling with Tania
($25 per person)
Journaling is a simple yet powerful tool that can be used for healing, self-reflection, and personal growth. It involves writing down your thoughts, feelings, and experiences to process and release emotions, gain clarity, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself.
Journaling allows you to express and release pent-up emotions, reducing feelings of anxiety, depression, and stress. Writing down your thoughts and feelings can help you gain clarity on situations, relationships, and challenges, leading to a better understanding of yourself and others. Journaling helps you develop a greater awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, allowing you to identify patterns and make positive changes. Journaling can be a therapeutic outlet for processing difficult experiences, such as grief, trauma, or loss, and can aid in the healing process. Research has shown that journaling can be an effective tool for managing mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

2:15 pm - 4:15 pm Art Creation Healing with Amanda and Tania
($30 per person)
Art has been a long-standing form of therapy, with a rich history dating back to antiquity. The concept of art as medicine has gained increasing interest from the medical and science communities in recent years. Art healing, also known as art therapy, is a form of expressive therapy that uses the creative process involved in making art to improve a person’s mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
Research has shown that creating art can have a positive impact on a person’s emotional well-being, reducing stress and anxiety, and improving mood. The act of creating art can also increase self-esteem, confidence, and self-awareness. Additionally, art therapy has been shown to be effective in reducing symptoms of depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and other mental health conditions.
*A selection of art supplies and random items will be provided with a choice of 11X14 canvas or clay pots for your use.
4:45 pm - 5:45 pm Sound Healing with Juli Ann
($25 per person)
A Sound Bath is a meditative experience that uses sacred instruments and elemental sound tools from around the world to create a soundscape that can help participants connect with their inner being. The soundscape can include singing bowls, rattles, drums, rain sticks, and the human voice. The intention is to create harmony by using sound to clear discordance from participants' energy fields.
6 pm - 8 pm Meditation and Ecstatic Dance with Tania
($20 per person)
Ecstatic dance is a powerful practice that combines physical movement, self-expression, and connection with others. It has its roots in ancient cultures and traditions and has evolved into a modern practice that is practiced globally. Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, find inner peace, or simply express yourself freely, ecstatic dance is a journey worth exploring.
